Know what’s on your plate.

Snap a photo of dinner and MacroSight fills in the macros. Every meal you log stays in your own iCloud — the developer never sees a bite of it.

For iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. No account, no sign-up — your iCloud is the account.

From “what’s for dinner” to logged, in seconds.

MacroSight is built for the moment after the meal — when you want the numbers written down and then want to get back to the table.

Snap, scan, or search

Take a photo and let AI estimate the macros. Scan a barcode against USDA and Open Food Facts, point the camera at a nutrition label, search by name, or type it in yourself — whichever fits the plate in front of you.

Bring your own AI key
Use your Anthropic API key for cloud estimation, or Apple’s on-device model for zero-network inference. Nothing is proxied through a server we own.
HealthKit, both ways
Reads weight and body composition to personalize your targets; writes calories, macros, micros, and water back to Health.
iCloud-native, no login
Entries sync across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Watch through your private CloudKit database. There’s nothing to sign into.
On your wrist and Home Screen
Watch complications, Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, and a Smart Stack widget that shows up when you usually log.
Zero trackers, zero ads
No analytics SDKs, no advertising, no fingerprinting. The privacy report is short because there’s nothing to report.

Four colors, same meaning everywhere.

Macro colors aren’t theming — they’re a coding system. Once you learn them on the plate, every ring, chart, and chip in the app reads the same way.

Made to fade once the meal is logged.

What we don’t do.

The privacy story isn’t a marketing claim — it’s a property of how the app is built.

We never see your food log.

It lives in your private CloudKit database. The developer of this app has no read access. Apple operates the storage.

We don’t run analytics.

No Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sentry, or homegrown event pipeline. Your usage is invisible to us — by absence, not by promise.

We don’t sell anything to anyone.

There is no ad SDK, no attribution framework, no IDFA request. There’s nothing to sell because there’s nothing collected.

We don’t ask for accounts.

No email, no phone, no Sign in with Apple. Your iCloud is the account.

The full accounting is in the privacy policy.
